Company Introduction
DEL CHENG CO, LTD. (Hi-End cables) was established in 1983 by Mr. Li Cheng Tsan. The company started off as an OEM production by supplying high quality, professional cables to world famous, international companies. At the beginning stage of the company’s establishment, the quality of cables manufactured in Taiwan is highly recognised worldwide, yet Taiwan itself does not promote its own brands internationally. This is a significantly missed opportunity. In addition, foreign brands are often more expensive to produce, due to higher exchange rate and cost of labour. Foreign brands are also encountering the difficulties of maintenance as the size of country is larger and logistics were costly and less developed at the time.
To overcome these challenges, Mr. Li has dedicated his practical experience of over 40 years in developing and improving the products that he produces, introducing their own professional brand of “DC-Cable” and “Lelio”.

德城（音響線材）有限公司創立於1983年，早期以專業的技術，代工OEM國外知名線材為主，後創辦人李成贊先生表示，台灣生產製造的線材品質，世界公認我們於有榮焉，但卻不是以台灣自身品牌銷售國際，十分可惜，加上外國品牌相當昂貴且又維護不易。有鑑於此德城為大眾著想，積極致力將30年專業經驗落實於產品中，研發出國產創新的專業品牌
